The Basics
Here in Singapore, we pride outselves with the 4 Singapore Taps - Malaysia’s Imported water, NEWater, desalinated water and local catchment water.
However, villages in Cambodia and India rely on collected rainwater
which runs out very quickly.
Water is such a precious resource that we take for granted.
What We Do
An alternative water source is ground water.
Over the years, we have helped over 500 homes in Cambodia and India by building a manual water pump for each home to pump out water from the earth soil.
How You Can Help
I know that you too want to make changes in other people’s lives.
In India, we are helping them by building a powered motor water pump to pump out water from the earth soil. This is possible because India's government gives free electricity to these villages.
In Cambodia, we are helping them by building a manual water pump as they do not have electricity in their homes.
So let’s join hands and together, we can make the world a better place for our friends.
A contribution of $440 (for India) and/or $400 (for Cambodia) will be providing a source of water for our Muslim brothers and sisters
